How to reserve the trek

You want to do the Inca Trail trek, congratulations!

1

Your choose a date.

Our system provides online Inca Trail availability. By a government resolution, the 4-day Trek is limited to 500 people per day (staff included) and the 2-day trek is limited to 250 people per day (staff included). Spaces are sold out very quickly. That is why it is important to choose an exact and definitive date in advance.

2

You provide the necessary information to make the reservation and pay the deposit.

Inca Trail regulations indicate that trekkers must give certain personal information (full name, passport number and date of birth). Through our secure website you can provide this information and make the payment of the deposit of US$ 169 (2-Day Inca Trail) / US$ 275 (4-Day Inca Trail) or by credit or debit card. As an authorised Agency, we can make final reservations at the Ministry of Culture.

3

You can check and modify your reservation at any time.

At any time, you can access our Customer service, for example, to indicate us if you wish to have a transfer from the airport, to cancel your reservation or, and it is the most important thing, to indicate us your hotel in Cusco so we know where to pick you up for the Trek.

4

You begin your trip in Peru.

Once you arrive to Cuzco, we can go pick you up at the airport (for free and if you want us to) to take you to your hotel.

We expect you to come to our agency the day before the trek at 7 pm for the briefing with your guide and the rest of the group and to pay the balance.

5

The D Day arrives.

Our agents go pick you up at your hotel at the indicated time. We take care of everything until the end of the trek and the transfer back to a central square in Cusco.
