ESNNA Prevention Policy

Our Agency, in compliance with the General Tourism Law - Law No. 29408, its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2010-MINCETUR, as well as the provisions established by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR), absolutely and firmly rejects all forms of Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA).

Our company maintains a zero-tolerance policy against any conduct related to child sexual exploitation, child pornography, human trafficking, sex tourism, or any activity that threatens the integrity and rights of minors.

In accordance with current Peruvian legislation, acts related to the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents constitute criminal offenses punishable by severe prison sentences.

Likewise, the Peruvian Criminal Code punishes engaging in sexual relations with minors, as well as any act of facilitating, promoting, encouraging, or concealing activities related to the sexual exploitation of minors.
