When purchasing your tickets, we ask that you provide the final information regarding the entry (type, date, and time of entry) and each visitor (full name, nationality, document number, etc.). Although this information should be definitive, there are times when changes are possible — for example, changing the entry date, correcting a misspelled name, or updating a document number in case of loss or theft.
Changes may or may not be possible depending on the ticket status.
For tickets not yet issued, any change is possible.
Tickets are being issued when our agency has already reserved the entries but the tickets have not yet been issued. Tickets already issued are those we have sent you and are available. For these tickets, some information can be changed, while others cannot. For legal reasons, it is absolutely impossible to change ticket data or the name of a participant. Due to widespread fraud and a black market for entry tickets, the Peruvian government has established strict rules regarding changes (see excerpt below).
